TMT Associate

– Participate in all aspects of investment transactions including sourcing, analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, structuring, negotiation and documentation.
– Analysis of specific investment opportunities within TMT sectors, formulate and present investment case to Investment Committee. Monitor financial / operational conditions and industry dynamics of assigned portfolio companies.

 

– Degree or above in Finance, Economics or Accounting from reputable university.
– Minimum 4 years relevant experience of which 2 years from investment back or top financial adviser firm of PE firm, both 2C and 2B experience.

Healthcare Analyst

– Perform fundamental industry research and financial analysis including financial modeling and valuation.
– Assist in financial due diligence process, prepare investment memo and investment reports in a timely manner.

 

– Degree or above in Finance, Economics or Accounting from reputable university.
– 1-2 years research experience, strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

Compliance Manager

– Manage the risk and compliance function for the asset management business, play a key role in providing compliance input when setting up new investment products.
– Set up of new investment fund by liaison with external legal counsels and internal parties.
– KYC and AML check.
– Monitor compliance risk on investment funds/projects.

 

– University graduate, 8 years or above work experience; minimum 5 years of in an asset management compliance in Hong Kong.
– Strong understanding of information control and conflicts of interest issues, as well as surveillance and monitoring experience.
